Eric Yeager, Editor in Chief

Mr. Yeager is an attorney with 18 years experience as a writer, 16 of those exclusively devoted to the coverage of IP law and policy. Mr. Yeager covered every area of IP law on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit while a legal editor for BNA Inc. while on staff at BNA’s Patent, Trademark and Copyright Journal and United States Patents Quarterly. He has reported on important IP cases such as the U.S. Supreme Court’s rulings in KSR International Co. v. Teleflex Inc., 550 U.S. 398 (2007); Quanta Computer Inc. v. LG Electronics Inc., 553 U.S. 617 (2008); and LabCorp. of America Holdings v. Metabolite Labs Inc., 548 U.S. 124 (2006), as well as the Federal Circuit’s en banc rulings in Phillips v. AWH Corp., 415 F.3d 1303 (Fed. Cir. 2005); In re Seagate Technology LLC., 497 F.3d 1360 (Fed. Cir. 2007); Egyptian Goddess Inc. v. Swisa Inc., 543 F.3d 665 (Fed. Cir. 2008); and In re Bilski, 545 F.3d 943 (Fed. Cir. 2008). In 2007, he was a finalist for BNA’s Beltz Award for editorial excellence. Mr. Yeager earned his B.A. in English from Howard University, his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

George Walden, Business Strategist

George Walden was vice president of International Business Development, United Kingdom Campaigns, at Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions. He was vice president of International Business Development, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Walden had been part of IBM’s Federal Systems Division in Houston, Texas, and managed various NASA software development projects. He retired from Lockheed in 2007 and plans to help oversee Intellirights’ forward global strategy. He has a B.S. degree in mathematics from Hampton University.

Jen Richer, Interviewer/Reporter,

is a seasoned reporter and interviewer at 630WMAL.com in Washington, D.C. With extensive radio experience, Jen provides insightful interviews with an array of guests and is a talented writer. She is a graduate of George Washington University and a native of San Diego.

Keisha Allen, Interviewer/Reporter,

is also a graduate of George Washington University, holding a degree in International Affairs. She has interests in music, art and emerging technologies.

Nadine Najjar, Intern.

Nadine is currently a law student at Catholic University in Washington, D.C. Nadine is fluent in Arabic, French and Italian and is interested in fashion, music and films.
